Emerging from small to big. This is where R&B IT Solutions was when we met. Gaining client base and acquisition is the order of the day. R&B was concerned that they might get lost in the mix with local competitors or potential clients wouldn’t understand what they are buying. This is a common problem for IT professionals. The process is slow but rewarding. This client completely understood me when I suggested that the terms they use to describe products may not be what a client would search for. An additional challenge was to ensure all search engine keywords were covered within the content. The solution was the “What this means in plain English” content. We describe products and services in their true / technical terminology and add an accompanying description that a non-technical would understand.
