chs.org sought a complete brand and website refresh. Efforts to organize a Content Management System, ecommerce and an Email Marketing System were overwhelming the development, ecommerce and marketing departments with tasks outside of their skillsets.
Along with directing the website design and build a best practices publishing environment was established to manage development and event initiatives. A turnkey Content Management System, Email Marketing System and Ecommerce System was turned over to internal staff with a publishing workflow trainining system intact. Within two years after launch the website has attributed to 200% increase in paid membership and website traffic and an 800% increase in online sales. ALL managed by in-house staff.
